Payment is made by way of email money transfer. We are sorry we cannot take payment by other means as the administration fees are too high and we like to keep our costs to a minimum.

No, you must prepay to hold your table.  Pre-registration is required. We cannot accept cash payment at the door.

No, we cannot offer a refund nor raincheck if you cannot attend. You can opt to send a replacement player at no extra cost.  

We cannot offer a refunds nor rainchecks, your registration fee is a donation to the cause we are supporting.  If you cannot attend you are welcome to send a replacement player at no extra cost.  

We hold most of our events at The Barrhaven Legion at 3500 Fallowfield Road. The dates and times at the Barrhaven Legion already have a charity or organization assigned to them.  However, if you would like us to host a fundraiser for your organization at another location, please email us to discuss.

Teams are 4 to 6 players due to the size of the venue and tables available.  

Payment can be sent individually or as lump sum, whichever you prefer.  Please include the team name in the comments field of your email money transfer. If there is no comment section available (some financial institutions do not provide one), please send a separate email to us advising whom you are paying for. 

No, we volunteer 100% of our time.  We do not get paid for our fundraisers, however, 20% of the net amount raised from your event will be donated to a charity of our choice.

It is your organization's responsibility to be aware of / obtain any necessary licenses, permissions, codes and/or permits for raffles, food sales, liquor sales, fire codes, capacity limits etc.

No, we are not a business, non-profit, nor registered charity.  We are a small group of volunteers who want to help our community. 

We are not a registered charity and we do not issue tax receipts.  You are submitting your registration fee as a “gift” to us, to which we donate directly to our chosen charity / association.
